With the release of Continia’s popular solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Continia has experienced an increased demand – especially on SAAS versions. This demand will continue to fuel Continia’s growth for years to come and requires further investments in product development.

Lithuania is one of the markets in the world with the highest market share of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central solutions and, consequently, there is also a large market of software developers supplying those solutions to the market.
To ensure the success of this new Development Center, Continia has made an agreement with Dynamics veteran, Søren Fink-Jensen. He has founded, built, and led 1ClickFactory, a well-known Dynamics engineering company in Lithuania.

The plan is to recruit the first 10 software engineers during 2022 while building a people-centric environment and facilitating high integration between the team in Lithuania and the Danish development teams. The number of developers in Lithuania will increase further in 2022 and 2023.
In addition, Søren Fink-Jensen will contribute with ideas to further expand Continia’s partner channel and product portfolio.
