In 2010, The Pancake Parlour implemented Microsoft Navision (NAV) to manage business operations. Their financial controller, Darren Cotton, recalls, “The transition from NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) was driven by the need to move to a cloud-based platform for automatic updates and reduced costs.” By April 2023, The Pancake Parlour completed its Business Central migration on time and on budget.
