We operate under two lines of business (LoB): ERP – dedicated to implement and maintain the ERP of our Customers. We are seen as being specialized in multinational companies, international projects, due to the fact that we have a pervasive network among global partners that trust us with their international rollouts in Portugal. But we also have multiple Portuguese customers in areas such as banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals and professional services in multiple areas. CRM – dedicated to Customer Engagement solutions, with all the touchpoints between a Customer and the organization, either that being in the Sales activity, Customer Support, Field Service and/or Project Service. We have solutions deployed for fan management, for retailers management, and more generic sales force automation, customer service, etc. for multiple companies.
