Continia Software A/S has been sold to VIA Equity

VIA equity acquires majority shares in Continia Software, an innovative provider of software solutions for Dynamics NAV.

VIA equity is a leading Northern European multi-stage private equity firm focusing mainly on technology and software investments.

VIA equity acquires the majority of shares in Continia Software A / S, an innovative and global provider of administrative software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

VIA equity acquires the company from current shareholders, Vækst-Invest Nordjylland, Lars Torpe Christoffersen, Henrik Lærke, Tommy Olesen, Stig Hølledig, as well as a couple of employees.
